These Terms of Use govern the purchase and use of digital content provided by TRACKPORT through the website trackport.store. By making a purchase, the user fully accepts these terms.
1. The service
TRACKPORT is a collection of original music productions, distributed in digital MP3 format at 320 kbps, organized in thematic collections designed for professional and semi-professional DJs.
The product is available in two versions:
- TRACKPORT Base: access to collections 01–14 (480+ tracks)
- TRACKPORT PRO: extended access to all 22 collections, including the 8 exclusive ones (01–22)
2. License
Upon purchase, TRACKPORT grants the user a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the purchased tracks in the following ways:
- DJ sets in venues, clubs, bars, private events, weddings and parties
- Mix recordings for personal or promotional use (e.g. podcasts, free mixes)
- Streaming broadcasts as a DJ (e.g. Twitch, YouTube mixes, online radio)
TRACKPORT tracks are produced internally and distributed royalty-free for the listed uses. No permissions or copyright fees are required for the contexts indicated above.
3. Prohibited uses
It is expressly prohibited to:
- Resell, redistribute or share audio files with third parties
- Upload tracks to music distribution platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, Beatport, etc.) as your own productions
- Use tracks in commercial audiovisual productions (films, ads, video games) without written authorization
- Sublicense or assign usage rights to third parties
- Modify and redistribute tracks as derivative works
- Circumvent or share access credentials to the restricted area
4. Access and credentials
After payment confirmation via Hotmart, you will receive an email with a link to set your personal password and access the restricted area.
- Credentials are personal and must not be shared
- In case of unauthorized access detected, we reserve the right to suspend the account
- Access is lifetime: no subscriptions or periodic renewals
5. Payment and refunds
Payment is processed securely through the Hotmart platform. TRACKPORT does not store credit card data.
Due to the digital nature of the product:
- No refund is provided after accessing content or downloading files
- In case of technical issues attributable to TRACKPORT, we will evaluate each request individually

6. Intellectual property
All content on trackport.store — including text, graphics, layout and music tracks — is owned by TRACKPORT or their respective holders and is protected by copyright law.
The purchase of the license does not transfer any intellectual property rights over the tracks. The user acquires only the right of use as described in section 2.
7. Catalog updates
TRACKPORT commits to regularly expanding the catalog with new tracks and collections. New additions will be accessible to active users at no additional cost, within the limits of the purchased plan (Base or PRO).
We reserve the right to reorganize, update or replace catalog tracks without notice.
8. Limitation of liability
TRACKPORT is not responsible for:
- Temporary service interruptions for maintenance or technical reasons
- The use of tracks in contexts not compliant with these terms
- Any third-party claims arising from unauthorized use by the user
The service is provided "as is". We offer no warranties of fitness for specific purposes other than those indicated.
9. Changes to terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Substantial changes will be communicated by email to registered users. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
10. Applicable law
These Terms are governed by Italian law. For any disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of this agreement, the Court of Milan has jurisdiction, unless otherwise provided by law for consumer protection.
